Cant appeal for some reason

When I go on appeals.cubecraft.net and type in my username (ItsThatPikaBoi) it says that I have never joined the server. I have clearly been banned. I am not sure if this is because my name has changed multiple times since the ban. I was banned under the name Winlord but it says that name has never joined either.
