Can people be punished for trolling like this?

Why do people do stuff like this? "Trolling" is not an option when using the /report command so i was wondering if that is a punishable offense? Even if it isn't I can guarantee that every Tower Defense player hates these people...

You can report here on the website for trolling and other stuff that you can’t do with /report. So yes trolling is bannable.
