Only hacking and cheating is bannable . But if your have a TooFastMouse you can banned for FastClick / KillAuraLegit

I don't think you would get banned form using a double click mouse. Although I'm not completely sure. I really don't think the double click mouse will give you an advantage in game, so I'm sure it's fine to use. :)

Now that we have 1.9 based pvp I have no idea to be honest. Seems more like a disadvantage xD

Yea, double click mouse seems like an absolute waste. Considering it'll delay your hitting even more.

Having a dubble clicking mouse will give you a disadvantage in 1.9. But keep in mind, it could be a advantage on other servers and could be seen as hacking.
Should be fine on CubeCraft either way.
