Can anyone help?

I was farming my potatoes and Pumpkins for a little bit while waiting for wheat to grow on the 2nd layer of my farm. I had to go do something, and I left the game. I came back today to find out that my wheat seeds had just disappeared. I can't buy them, because I haven't completed the wheat farmer quest. Is there a way to get this fixed in anyway. I don'y want to lose my 7 hours of progress.

This more sounds like a bug/glitch to me, the best thing you could do is fill out a bug report forum,
If you play java you can do so here: https://reports.cubecraft.net/bug_report
If you play Bedrock you can do so here: https://www.cubecraft.net/forums/report-a-bedrock-player-or-bug.88/
As for now, so you can't buy like seeds from the villager for skyblock coins pretty sure they aren't that expensive...
Or what you also could do is join the CubeCraft discord and ask in staff-help.

Oh nevermind. I guess it was just bugged. I stopped playing skyblock for a couple hours and came back, and I have the option to buy the seeds.
