Can’t report hackers

Why is it so hard to report people? It won’t let me login to the reports page on the website to report hackers and they’re getting out of control in this server.

Update: got in to report and they denied my report even with photo evidence they “require video evidence” apparently photos just won’t suffice. Wtf is the point in even trying? They just allow this to continue even after they’ve been made aware.
