Bungee Cord is something that you have to learn your self...its the base of a multi server network...
2ndly This is not the place to post this...I would recommend MinecraftForums...
3rdly @halothe23 can maybe clarafy this for you... (If you dont know how to confighure Bungee...Dont make a server)
