Of course he can, when more people says the same thing (Without farming) the argument becomes more trustful, so people believe it more.
Also, you don't have the rights to tell someone what to do or what not to, thanks.

People were building inappropriate things and it was generating a lot of reports so, got removed. Also lack of popularity of the game made it die.
Wished it could come back but dunno.
