On eggwars, hunger does not regen health, saturation does not work, health regen is just broke. ALSO FiX THE BLOODY ANTICHEAT. HACKERS EVERYWHERE. EVERYGAME.
Server is just broke as a whole, so many bugs.

It's not needed to insult CubeCraft, they will try their best to fix this. A

On-Topic: Maybe it was Hardcore mode. In hardcore mode you won't regen natural.

As Mega said, you've probably been playing on Hardcore mode, or it was really a bug (which I doubt). You can report any bugs you find in this section > LINK
Also, the anti-cheat is being worked on, right now they're using NoCheatPlus, but a custom one is gonna be released soon, when developers finish coding it.
So for right now, your only solution is to report hackers > LINK

Sorry, didn't mean to insult. I am not playing on hardcore. hearts do not fast regen like in 1.9 anymore.
