Hello, I've been playing on the Cubecraft Bedrock server with my friend lately and he's been repeatedly encountering a bug. He plays on mobile and when he interacts with the shop on the home island, he gets a bug where he gets stuck and cannot move or interact with the game. It seems like he's still stuck in the shop UI except the UI itself is gone. Image attatched is a scrrenshot of when he's frozen.
If anyone could help me with perhaps finding ways to solve this issue, or to notify the team I would greatly appreciate it. I made an account just to ask this so I'm not really sure how this forum works. Thank you!
