Got this bug too.

When you're building up you get set back or so. It's kinda hard to explain (so it's better if you try this yourself @Exciting @BalloonBoy2 )

Why are you reporting this at the suggestions section?

And I have had it myself, building directly up, it glitches you back so you can't build up fast.
Either way, I would suggest to try it out yourself if you don't understand what I am talking about.

You get bugged back onto the block when you are trying to build straight up. I am almost sure this has something to do with the hitting slowdown. There probably also is a slowdown on placing blocks, because with the rightclick you can also attack with your dual wielded sword.

Pretty much: The rightclick has same speed as leftclick, because otherwise you would be jitterclicking your rightclick instead of leftclick in PvP.
