For bedrock there are cobblestone generators, but I am not sure about java.

You get 3 cobblestone generators at the beginning. You can also buy as much as you can from the shop depending on the number of coins you have!

Are you playing the CubeCraft version of SkyBlock. You get the cobblestone generator shortly after starting. Just do the first few quests.

I have a playthrough series which might help you to see how to get started.
