Unless they added a plugin that makes it so you can't make smooth stone.... I'm not aware of such a plugin, but I'm a java player soo...

I might be wrong about this, but last I remember normal stone slabs would work for making armor stands. I might be wrong but it's worth a look.

I think that normal stone slabs should be crafted into smooth stone slabs because that's what I remember.

Hey, me and my friend also had this problem but she figured it out.

The receipt for stone slabs gives you smooth stone slabs, as far as I know it's not possible to craft smooth stone.

You just craft it, because Skyblock is on 1.9 for Java, and pre-Aquatic for Bedrock. That was before smooth stone existed.
