Bug! I can't say anything

Anytime i try to talk its says this:

Cannot send chat message!

Whats happening i cant say anything in any game HELP PLEASE

I think you have the problem I always get.

Quite a nooby one. Every time I visit the store I forget to turn my chat back on. Visited the store lately?

Try /ec in game chat.

NEVERMINE it wasn't the server, just up my chat settings :)
