Although I personally also prefer permanent ranks over subscription ones, I don't know if it would benefit the company, hence why I've reacted with an unsure. I feel like (afaik) bigger part of the community disagree with the subscription based system and prefer the permanent ranks, however, it's also important to remember that CubeCraft is a company ran server, and I suppose this current system could (not sure), bring in more revenue based on the size of the server, since a big part of the older playerbase already have a legacy rank.

In conclusion, I definitely think that it is a question that CubeCraft should look over again, unless they already have. But in the end, I think they need to make a call regarding what benefits the server on a bigger scale.

I’m almost 100% sure that Cubecraft does indeed get more revenue from subscription ranks than from permanent. Also why else would they change this system if they got more revenue from permanent ranks.

Of course I liked the permanent rank system more too, but I don’t think that Cubecraft should change from subscription ranks to permanent ranks again if they make less money with permanent ranks.

I prefer permanent ranks but subscriptions are much more profitable even if permanent is more money at the start it isn’t profitable past the purchase

Why Not? It was so much better than monthly ranks.
Thats not always true, casual players that just check out the server once or twice, will be off cheaper with a subscription rank.

I can understand that people prefer permanent ranks, though as a company we have to make business decisions that give us the best opportunties to fund more updates and features in the future
