Hi it's me again, but this time with an actually good suggestion(i hope)
So I've seen a lot of people getting false banned in the staff help channel on discord so this idea came up in @Matriox' and my head. Reducing Sentinel bans back to 7 days would reduce stress and frustration for those who got false banned. This can cause better appeals that can get accepted better too. And even if an appeal gets denied, it's only 7 days. I hope this makes sense, have a great day.

I see many many people getting false banned every day and they have no idea why they have been banned, as well as that the appeal system for sentinel appeals is a joke, why would a person who's false banned have to wait up to 2 weeks for a reply from a dev?

Cubecraft say themselves "an anti-cheat cant be perfect", I couldn't agree more.. the anti-cheat is clearly an extremely hard thing to get right and Cubecraft are doing a good job at showing an anticheat cant be perfect. And with something that cant be perfect compared to something that can, for example a staff member seeing someone hack and sentinel feeling like it wants to ban a wave of players there should be different punishment track for the thing that (should be) always right and the thing that is unfortunetly wrong(way to much). Cubecraft have put too much trust in this anticheat and its not fair to the people who are constantly getting banned by it.

The anticheat shouldn't be trusted as much as a staff member actually seeing someone hack, and a 7 day ban is more reasonable for people who didn't even hack.

Since the Sentinel cant be 100%
98% -> The Sentinel detects the Right Player.
1% -> The Sentinel doesn't detect the Right Player.
1% -> The Sentinel gets the Wrong Player.

I Trust more the Anti-Cheat than a Staff Member watching a 15seconds video or screenshot.
But the chance that you got banned by sentinel if you aren't hacking is like 1 percent.

I trust more an staff meber watching avideo, because the sentinel isnt a human, and sometimes can be wrong.
Honestly I trust more on the staffs, if they're staffs is because they are good catching the cheaters.
Other reason why I trust more in the staff is because develp an anticheat is really dificult, and the hack methods are going forward

I dont remember the Server's name(1 of featured servers, last year).
I gave my mods to a friend(9y old).
He was flying in the lobby for at least 1 hour, then he got banned(forever).
NOW:
The Anti-Cheat did not detect him, but was reported by others, and then banned from Staff.
