So you guys removed autobalance , a great first step . Got some interesting maps , amazing. The game has great potential , but there are so many issues that it's better off not existing.
I will start with part 1 : Capture the flag .
First off , I want to talk about the use if blocks in the game. What do they do really? Personally I have built platforms and other such things as my teammates proceeded to cover up the flag to prevent enemies from stealing it. Pretty basic ; spam blocks everywhere are hope for the best.
Personally this is pretty stupid in my opinion. The concept of blocks are pretty unnecessary as it'd be better if they were not a part if the game. Do not fret humble blockwars tryhards , for I have come up with an ingenious alterior - The maps themselves should consist of breakable blocks that can then be used in complex ways to defend the flag . The amount of blocks guven to you before hand hence would decrease. Note , we won't be removing blocks given before hand . Currently , players are given quite a few blocks. Reduce the number of blocks given drastically.

My next concern is about adressing the traps - they are boring . Extremely boring . I have come up with a few of my own tell me if you like them.
As I stated that we will not be removing blocks that are given currently , Traps would still have their uses. Basically they'd still be clay ; HOWEVER there would be options to camoauge these traps into blocks.
Huh , want the tal to be disguised as a sand block? Just head up to the villager -
The villager would have a new option - Trap camoflauge where you could select what block the trap would camoflauge as. Similar to the UI in hide and seek.

Now for the traps themselves-
Explosion -
Nothing changed really. Love what you've done with the kit recently.
Stasis trap-
The stasis trap is a special trap that freezes players in time. This prevents them from moving at all and also highlights them with a yellow spectral effect.
Neurotoxin trap-
This trap is interesting. When you break the trap block , a lingering potion spills , causing the victim to take a bit if damage as well as poison for three seconds . Nausea becomes active 2 seconds after poision arops and lasts for 10 seconds
End Of all Trap-
Shulker onslaught. Spawns in 2 shulker minions that will disappear after 15 seconds.
These shulkers give the levitation II effect for 2 seconds. Levitation lasts for a short while
Levitation trap-
Now , how is this different from shulkers? Well it does not damage for starters - Levitation lasts 11 seconds. What's more , this trap can simple be triggered by walking on the block . The trap also reloads itself after 2 miniutes.
Shadow world -
Blindness for 10 seconds. Nothing to see here.
Guardian's curse -
Mining fatigue for 10 seconds

Now , I would like to talk about my idea on how autobalance should work. First if all , transfering players is wrong and unfair and damamge resistance isn't enough. Spawn in skeleton guards which will help defend the team with less players' flag. Furthermore , give the poor fellows a strength boost. ( players not skellies)

Next , I'd like to talk about Colour Variation. This would be something new where colours combos are chisen before game. So instead of Blue-Red It'd be Purple-Yellow
I'll list a few colours that go well together.
Yellow. Orange
Yellow. Red
Yellow. Purple
Yellow. Blue
Blue green
Dark green Red
Cyan orange
Cyan Yellow.

There would definately be more colour combinarions , just wanted to show you a few examples . Blockwars could use that Splatoon vibe .

I'd like to finish this monolith of a thread with some nice power-ups that would spice the game up in a way you've never seen before.
Portal-
My first idea is the Portal, which sets up a temporary portal to the enemy spawn . This portal de activates in 4 seconds and is pretty rare to come by.
Rocket-
Sends you into the sky , from where you can lob 3 TNT that do extremely high amounts of damage. But be warned , you only have a single heart in this stage , if you die , the TNT will radomly fly everywhere and can kill your teammates! Usage if this powerup defines the result of battle!
Terraformer -
This is the rarest of all powerups. The terraformer has incredible power and can change thw shape of the very ground. The terraformer will help both teams by creating cover but may destroy structures in the process
This epic weapons destructive capability cannot be felt inside enemy lines , around the flag or their spawn.
It would work similar to the paintball artificial cover plugin. Quite cool.

So, although I did state nothing anyone says would change how I feel about blockwars , an update of this scale certainly would. @Jeff_Bllkth , I agree with what you said in my other thread. Blockwars is not a game worth removing. It has potential , although it may be mediocre now , I will look at the game at what it can be , rather than what it is. Thanks for your insighht.
