Well, you can buy a WIFI repeater

Get your own router. I recommend this one

use an FPS booster for your minecraft like optifine
get your own router
use a wired connection not a wireless
move closer to your router that your using already

Try placing the WIFI as high up as you can, but this is more in houses, as the WiFi wont work well in a basement or somthing.
Try a wired connection or get a better wireless network card.

I just got a new Wifi box, it works fine.

Just make sure the company that provides your service is doing their job correctly.
That or you just need new company service or another Wifi box xD
