    They have better things to do. Either they respond to emails and get complaints about fixing bugs, or vice versa.

    Because it is used for store issues and helping players trying to purchase items.

    They're not going to answer the e-mail because it is for serious store issues that could affect them severely if they do not deal with them. Suggestions are not important at all compared to store issues.

    Like superxsnap said, be patient because they have very important things to do.
    Imagine 300 people send an email to info@cubecraft.net every day. That's a lot of emails right? They don't have enough time to respond to each of them, so there will be about 100 left at the end of the day. Then the next 300 emails come, and they now have 400 emails total, and at the end of the day they will have about 200 left. This will keep going on day after day, and eventually they will stop replying, and just look at them.

    Someone must have created an forums account with your e-mail before and that member has been banned from forums.
    Another account with the same e-mail can't be created.
