Java Being salty is a problem

Most of cubecraft playing are saying "e/z-kid-noob-get rekt-trash etc" these words shouldn't be allowed to say, like it's really salty, it's kinda bullying, a lot of people doesn't like it, like where is the logic when i kill someone and he says: noob/trash
it doesn't make any sense,

It's supposed to get warning

How to identify the salty words/phrases? A filter may be hard to make. People can bypass it or accidentally get -1 xp. I like the idea though.

A system to prevent this would not really be usable because it would be easily circumvented and an absolute pain to enforce. I'd say manual strikes would be the way to go, with a warning after one strike, a tempmute after the second strike and a permanent mute after the third strike. Amount of strikes needed for punishment and the punishments themselves could be altered since this is just a suggestion. However, this would also require a lot more people to be on patrol for foul language being used, and/or a dedicated section on the report website with dedicated staff members keeping tabs on it for the entire day.

With a lot of people complaining about the easy leveling with the multipliers, this would be so funny if this gets added, and -1 would be even too low then
