Becoming Staff?

I have been a fan of CubeCraft games for a VERY long time and I have met so MUCH hackers, and I know how players feel when someone hacks/being rude/threatning. And I would really want to become staff, not even being payed for it. I have seen staff that are not that old. So I would want to become, I'm not sure if there is a type for that staff, so I can moderate games. Can anyone answer what kind of staff is that, because I want to apply.(Bedrock)

When applying for helper, you will have to choose which platform you are going to want to moderate on. Could either be Java or Bedrock.
