Beacon problem

Hey there cubecraft
I want to inform u about a problem in Skyblock
The problem is that even if I fully activate my beacon am not able to get level 2 effect right now.
But beacons which I had placed about 6 month ago are giving me level 2 effect
So cubecraft plz help me with this problem
