Banned for no reason

The appeal message I previously sent was written using a YouTube comment because I did not know how to speak English at that time. I have now used a proper translator to clearly explain my situation.
Before the ban, I was collecting Christmas event items. As soon as I collected the very first item, I was banned immediately. I play on mobile using touch controls.
The video I linked shows the exact same issue that happened to me. The same problem also occurred during the Halloween event, which is demonstrated in the video. This strongly indicates that what happened was not cheating, but a technical error.
I have never used cheats or exploits, and I truly believe this ban was applied by mistake.
