Banned for compromised account

Today i try to login to play a little, and my account has banned for "compromised account". My login info only is on my head and nobody has access to it. Already changed MC password appeal and i got unbanned, but I would like to know that what they did using my user because my key was not so easy.

I appreciate the help you can give me.

If your account has been compromised it means they think someone has hacked you. Like you said changing your password is the only thing you can do because if you got hacked you still don't know who that person is. That's why they asked you to change it, just to be sure.

It means what it says: Your account password has somehow been leaked and other people can find it.
What you need to do to get unbanned is:
-Change your password
-Message a staff member that you changed your password and request an unban

He's already unbanned, I saw his punishment was expired and he said he got unbanned.
