Ok, I have just created an appeal and reset my password and stuff but I'm not unbanned?

You need to be patient at your appeals, Just wait for the staff that banned you to respond to the appeal, If you're banned by Sentinel, then the appeal with be delivered to the Anti-Cheat Developer. Or, If your reason is an Compromised account, and you didn't receive any responds due to your appeal, message Marco.
he shall deal with this appeal.

Hey,

You were probably banned for "Compromised Account", and you should already unbanned by now, if you already appealed.
If you still haven't been unbanned yet, then you can message @Marco Slater, on the forums, or on discord: marcoslater#1516

I belive you should be un-banned by now especially if you have done as you claim...
But if you have not still gotten in-banned I'm not sure whats the problem there...
