This player, dikkehans is bullying me for several months, and always tagetting me for no reason, he is also spreading lies about me and managed to get me at the verge of a mental breakdown, so i raged and have a permban because of him.
He shall be banned.

Hi, if he's been bullying you for so long you should keep screenshots of it and then report him. I see that you've been perm banned, try to explain in your appeal why you raged. Use examples of what happened and not just he bullied me. If you've already appealed and it got denied or you forgot something you can always start a conversation with the staff member that banned you. Always try to be patient with appeals.
You also wrote that you were on the verge of a mental breakdown. If this is really the case, please talk to someone about you trust and can confine in!

Though you could try and collect evidence, as far as I am aware they don't punish for bullying anymore. So perhaps you're better off blocking him with the /ignore add command
