Hello Fellow Cubecrafters, My name is Konstantinos but I'm mostly known as NeunMatt, anyway I'm here to tell you or specifically to the cubecraft staff, one thing. I asked you a simple question: "are there any greek mythology maps on the cubecraft bedrock server for the gamemode Skywars?" And I got my answer 4 days later, why did I have to wait so long, I'm not saying YOU the cubecraft staff did not give me a final answer on purpose but come on, I didn't tell you to do my Latin homework, I told you to tell me if a specific map is on bedrock Skywars. Yes I did look and I didn't found one, also the staff member that gave me an answer, gave me two maps, the first one looks like a Colosseum which has nothing to do with greek mythology and the second (your right I didn't see it) has something do to with greek mythology. But come on 4 days. The first screenshot is from June 1st.

Hey! I understand that you feel a bit frustrated that it took slightly longer than you hoped to get an answer to your question, but I think you may be overreacting a little bit.

First, I understand why 'Colosseum' was mentioned. While it’s true that it’s from ancient Rome, not Greek mythology, there’s a lot of historical overlap between the two, so that’s likely why it was suggested. Also, believe it or not, there is not a history test required to become a member of the team, so if that wasn't the intention I'm sure you can understand it's pretty easy to get stuff mixed up.
Next, as you said yourself, you went on the server to find out the answer to your question. It is one that is relatively easy to answer and does not require an answer from a member of the staff team specifically. Therefore, it is not really a high priority, when there are other things which do. I'd imagine the delay in answering your ticket was caused by the fact that it wasn't really the sort of thing that requires opening a ticket in the first place. As @Fesa said, you can easily look yourself or ask others in the community to help and you would likely have received a faster answer. And, as this seems like it isn't actually obvious, you are asking them for help with something you are capable of doing yourself, No-one is required to use their own time to do this, so I don't think a slightly delayed response is the end of the world.

(Not really as relevant, but I want to include this anyway.. I would prefer helping with Latin HW for future reference! Also, I'm curious: does this have something to do with a Latin class you are taking?)

Regardless, I'm glad you have an answer now.
