Web Automatically lock for threads older than 3 weeks.

my suggestion basically if there any thread older than 3 weeks will automatically by Itself, Simply it will mitigation the punishment, I would distinctly love to see this because it will help people to know the older-posts and to take care before entering them without getting any punishment for a small mistake, Therefore it will the players to do not enter those posts.
