Appeals button next to all the others.

I think we all know the report button got added on the top of the site, but wouldn't it be usefull to add an appeal button?

I also made a thread about this a time ago, so you could also take a look at my thread > https://www.cubecraft.net/threads/shortcut-button-to-the-appeal-site.189989/. The only point is that @johncoles still didn't reply to my thread or add it to the menu.
