AMD vs Intel - who are you with?...

Well yes, the more bandwidth from the CPU to the RAM the better, so the CPU can process the data and feed it into memory faster, if you have a slow link in between those two, its useless to have fast CPU's.

I know that. I was just stating that that is REALLY fast memory bandwidth. It more than doubles my 4770k's 25.6Gb/s.

Intel is better then AMD. I personally use Intel. I have an Intel 3rd gen i7 which runs at 2.4 GHz but I have seen many other 4t gen Intel's and they r very good.

Just because your i7 is good doesn't necessarily make it better than AMD.

Have you even owned a computer with an AMD processor with equal performance of an Intel chip that you have?

Just because your i7 is good doesn't necessarily make it better than AMD.

Intel IS better then AMD in -most- cases. AMD's power is cores (like a zillion if you ask for them), and overheating, as far as I know, I'm a laptop guy, and most AMD laptops I had or have seen always had overheating issues.
