Am I allowed to report people who are teaming with only screenshots?

Today I was in a game with 2 teamers. I don't have a working video recording software and was only about to take screenshots of the 2 doing things that show they are teaming. ( One of the screenshots shows 1 of them throwing the other player normal golden apples, quite clearly teaming ). Their names prove they are teaming as well. Would I be able to report them with screenshots of them that show them teaming, and the names of the 2 players themselves?

No, you can't. You need video proof instead.
Reason? Staff need enough proof to see if people are teaming or not, because if you were using Screenshots the staff will have a tough time judging if they are teaming or not.
