You cant get banned for ban evading if an account you get is banned that was not originally yours (the email you get can prove that) because the reason it got banned was not your fault

Still, you can't play on the alt account anymore because they don't know who's playing the guy who gave the alt and his main is banned or the guy who won it and his main isn't banned.

If you alt gets banned/muted, your main will also get banned/muted.
