Sorry, what? You mean you still can fake it? And how can you fake it with labymod? If you can fake it then it's out side labymod (With ofter mods)

You can’t fake evidence on Cubecraft with other mods (since can’t change names). As for labymod you can, recreating a 1v1 with a custom scoreboard(not on Cube) and then playing on laby is hard but far from impossible and could lead to a lot of false reports.

With basic knowledge of command blocks you could probably get something like that done within 10-20min

It's not possible to make a plugin that does that, it's a client-sided feature.
