All islands visible on new profile

When I made a new profile on coop (with my friend) all islands that I unlocked on my solo profile are already there. This sucks because we could technically get iron without completing any quests. How can I fix this? Btw it is on bedrock

You still can't go there because the island's zone isn't unlocked so you take damage while in it
