Bedrock Add some sort of private messaging

Whenever I type /tell, /msg etc. It doesn’t let me. I want to talk with people without strangers hearing us.
so place consider adding private messaging back

There's already a /msg command on Java Edition that you can use in order to talk with your friends or someone. Unfortunately, they can't add it on Bedrock Edition due to privacy agreements.

Kind of yes, due to privacy agreements with Microsoft we’re not allowed to add private messages, sorry :(
This is also the reason for missing team chat in some games. For a more detailed explanation, I would contact Microsoft themselves

On java, you can use the msg or tell command, however, you can only use it for players that are currently in your game!

/msg and /tell indeed works only with people in your game. But you can use /fmsg to message your friends wherever they are on the server.

Well no, but there is for sure a point in the fact that you can't msg anyone on the server. Imagine getting lots of random msgs if you're famous or idk. If you wanna chat with someone, become friends.
