FFA Add healing to ffa when getting kills.

Hey everyone just a quick idea, I'd think it'd be more fair to give some kind of healing effect when you've gotten a kill. Many ffas on other servers have got this and I'd say it makes the ffa experience better. If there already is some kind of healing effect, I haven't noticed


But maybe there's a reason healing isn't involved, thanks!
