Account progress

Hello there,
so I've had my old account for around 8 years and I've been playing on servers for some time. But recently I had to re-enter my security questions which I just forgot, is there anyway to get my old progress back?

(Sorry for the late reply) I'm not sure if the email the account uses is active anymore.

Then you will have to contact Mojang customer support: https://help.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/requests/new You will have to confirm ownership of your account with your transaction ID or gift code. If you have done that, Mojang will help you to get your account back.
