i have a little question: is teaming allowed on skywars/other minigames (not like minigames were u already r in a team)

Although Teaming on the usual/normal Skywars is not really preferred, since it is just "Mean" because there is an extra game mode called Team Skywars for that, yes. It is allowed ;)
