But what’s the point of changing your nickname? It was given to youtubers and staff team so they don’t get focused, but for us what’s the point? You can change your Minecraft username once a month

I think it's useful when you want to appear as if you're not online to your friends, etc., without changing your username.

When some players obsessively see names, they start attacking directly.

I think it's useful when you want to appear as if you're not online to your friends, etc., without changing your username.

For this, there may be a status update like on Discord. I can make a suggestion for this.

I agree with the suggestion. Lots of leaderboard players have been asking for this as they could play the game without being targeted.

I see it as useless; it's only for celebrities so they don't become targets for enemies, but we don't need it.

I personally don't see a need for having this added. If I had to find a reason why you would hide your identity, it would be what @SlinkyGnu05604 said: leaderboard players that do not want to be targeted.

Instead of just allowing these players to do /nickname, I would do something slightly different. I would give them a command that allows them to fully disguise themselves as a random user with a random skin and a random rank. This would allow them to not be recognizable and to keep playing and having fun without problems.

Actually, my goal is as you said, but what I want is to be more customizable. Like giving random username with a single command, etc.

Definitely disagree with your opinion, because why would they get the /nick Feature I mean what is the point of them changing their name however they wanted to also /Nick made for Mods instead of Vanish so they can spectate Safely and checking the network. So definitely not with all respect for your opinion.

I understand the idea behind this, but I don’t think it’s the right change to make. The /nick command is a perk that’s meant to be exclusive to partners, and keeping it that way helps preserve the value and identity of the partner role. VIP Level 30 already offers strong rewards that recognize dedication, and maintaining clear distinctions between roles helps keep each one meaningful and balanced. Also people would abuse this to impersonate people.
