A new staff position???

I believe that this idea which should be considered and taken very seriously.
I was reading some suggestions when I came across this peculiar one:

Its says that many staff members are skipping reports.(People are not getting banned)
Although this is (most likely) not true many Staff members (mostly helpers) replied saying
"We are getting around 30-40 pages of reports per day"
"patience is key"
I thought that a new staff position should be added:
The position would be in charge of banning/muting players appropriately.
Only about 10(ten) of these positions should be handed out. They will check over approximately 3-4 pages(each person) of reports

They can also
-delete post immediately
-reply to all suggestions
-look at ALL map submissions
-have the abilty to immedialy ban people from the forems and the server(obviously)
-have access to in game items
Kind of like: Forems Police or something.
Most staff member are mainly focused on the server and not the forums.
This new staff position will change that.

The staff position you're talking about is mod.
Helpers cannot do half of what you mentioned, you become mod after applying for helper.

Good suggestion ! But if they add this staff position they must chose right person (Trusted persons) To be in that position So in that case server will be more safe

yes only trustworthy ppl

They would still have to go through a phrase where the higher staff members would observe if that player is trustworthy, know what he is doing, fits the role, will not abuse the power and etc.
They can not give perms willynilly so it's going to end up the same as the helper rank.

I really like this suggestion. The mods/ helpers really are doing good work, but there are way to many reports. An easyer way is to just accept more helpers to the staff team. They would focus on the report section.
