We have put the required amount on 40k. This will not change anytime soon.

If we lower the amount or add more types of YouTube ranks then the unique aspect of it will fade away.
Besides that,..40k isn't a lot for a big YouTube :)

The youtube rank is given out to people so they can make videos on the server more easily. More videos on the server = more potential players joining it.
The youtube rank is pretty much just advertising for the server, so it wouldn't make sense to give them out to just anyone.

In my point of view, the rank system on CubeCraft is very good. The requirements for YT rank makes sure that CubeCraft has well known players to represent their server .

The first flaw in this suggestion, is how would the two ranks be distinguished? If you give both the small and big YouTube's the same rank, it's unfair on the YouTube's that waited till 40,000 subs to get YT rank.

I fully understand the idea, but in my point of view, if we add this rank, it will mean that the YouTube rank won't be as sought after, it will not be as rare or special.

Just so you know, there are already alot of threads about ranks for smaller Youtubers. I assume you didn't, but if you wanna suggest something you might wanna search for it on the forums first.
