A new MiniGame to the server!

I was thinking of a new minigame to CubeCraft and I was thinking of a minigame called maybe "Mine War III" (From World War II) Each team starts in his own base and then they chosee a job like Helicopter Guy, Sniper, Guardian and they have to attack each other! The Jobs:

Guardian: Has to guard the base so anyone cant rob the trophy
Sniper He is on the top of the mountains (or on a tower) protecting too
Helicopter Guy: He is flying or on a flying boat (Whatta???) and trys to attack the enemie
Cientist: Has a lot of potions to attack and deffend
Robber: HE is the one who can sneak and rob the trophy ( The others help these guys)

And thats it! What do you think of this new minigame? :D

It's a good idea but some is unclear. If you could figure out a way to do all this (Helicopter Guy) they might consider

I like the idea but you'll have to be more specific.
How many players on each team?
Time limit?
What happens if you get the trophy?
Is it like capture the flag where you try to get the most trophies?
How many players?
Is the robber the only one who can get the trophy?

Also provide a brief description of the kits, for example,
Sniper:
Leather armor.
Punch 1 power 2 bow with 32 arrows.
Has slowness (countering the bow)

Or something like that.
