I know where the rules are, I just think the punishments are wayyy to harsh.

As @Terrarialover11 said, it would be annoying for staff. But even if it just showed where staff are so you could go and ask them yourself, it might not be as daunting for the staff.

There's already an email for this type of thing, but it would be nice if it were made a bit more obvious.

I personally prefer it like this, but theres always going to be a complaint whatever they change it to, which is probably why most servers use their server colours.

That may be due to the size of the server, and there's only a certain amount of staff.

Well just for the bit about the colorful background of the website, they are currently working on a new website that works much better than the current one (And look better I'm guessing).
