Cubecraft is more of a 1.9 server actually. Most people in Cubecraft prefer 1.9 pvp over 1.8 pvp. I don't think a lot of players would like it. Even adding Lucky Islands to the 1.8 server wouldn't be the best idea. Cubecraft isn't as popular in 1.8 as it is in 1.9. The amount of players who would actually play Lucky Islands in 1.8 would probably be too small to make the game run properly, it would almost be pointless.
Also, create your suggestion threads in this section from now on: https://www.cubecraft.net/forums/suggestions/
And give some actual arguments to support your idea. I don't think just one sentence is going to change anything.
