No, please, i'm just saying one of the basics of commands and plugins.

It would be by commands or by plugin, but they use custom Armor Stands to make it. 20 dragons would cause less lag than 20 armor stands to make one minidragon, so 20 · 20 = 400 entities to make only 20 mini dragons! More lag! There doesn't exist a plugin that adds new mobs, it needs vanilla mobs...

It would be laggy. But using the new minecraft mobs, like the parrots, the dolphins (1.13 and 1.14 please!) and the ice bears would be great.

If you flied with the Enderdragon, the Obsidian and Emerald rank perk "fly" would have no sense. Also, lots of lag.

The actual ranks have good perks (I don't know, can an Obsidian or an Emerald say, please?). It is harder to get a rank for doing an objective. The funny thing is to maintain it. AND these ranks would only give perks for the actual game you got the perk.

You would get the rank doing objectives, like: -Be the Blockwars player to get more flags. -Be the Eggwars player to destroy more eggs. -Be the Skywars player who teleported most times. You could make it with patterns of colors, like: 1 = one color 2 = another color -1-2-2-2-2-1...
