    At this point you're just being willfully ignorant. I must have told you at least 8 times by now that the time between attacks in 1.9+ is only .62 seconds. That cooldown is definitely short enough that snowball-stalling can be a thing. People don't have more time to run away between hits.

    Are you having auto-correct problems? Rods are usable in 1.9+ for the pull function, or you can use the kb-rod plugin like 1.8- servers do. Snowballs are still a thing in 1.9+ Offhand for other things is still very useful, and shield is only useless on Cubecraft because it's still on 1.9...
