Maybe a texture like creepers throwing TNT at players might work. Especially because when creepers blow up, they die. At the end of the game, the creepers would blow up like they would anywhere else.
Depends in what country you live. People at the ecuator mostly don't even experience snow. It's a very inaccurate way of deciding when a temporary christmas game should be added/removed.

Well, I'm not just suggesting it begins when snow comes and ends when snow melts. I'm also suggesting it could be the beginning of winter to end of winter. Notice how no one (including me) voted in the poll for whenever the snow on the ground melts.
Sure. Due to the amount of wanting of the game to make a return and to add it, it has a high chance of being re-added!

What if you're in Australia? It's summer there during Christmas. No snow.
Sure, people in the southern hemisphere don't experience snow during Christmas, but that didn't stop Cubecraft's management team from adding Snowman Survival anyway. The management team still added this winter game despite the fact that some people don't experience snow. This means that if they made Snowman Survival go from the beginning of winter to the end of winter, it wouldn't really make a change as to snow coming in the northern or southern hemisphere.
