Is there a way to make your own maps and submit them to cube? Who makes them and how are they chosen?

Designers make maps (not sure whether they make ALL the maps though, because maps could technically be acquired by different methods too). Pretty sure there used to be a ‘Builder’ rank, but now building and a few other tasks are designated for designers, correct me if I am wrong.

NEWS: Summer event got released today (amazing shadow drop btw, since it didn't get in testing). There's also brand new maps which was not mentioned at all in the Notion post, which was a nice surprise. However, 5 weeks of summer is starting later (July 17 to most likely August 14).
