If you can gather a crew of 3 other players who'd be with you each time you're grinding then I think Lucky Island teams, bedwars teams, eggwars teams or skywars team modes should work best.
If it's a solo grind then I would avoid team based gamemodes as without a good team they can last quite a long time and not result in wins as much which will lower the amount of XP you earn.
For solo grinding I think lucky islands solos is the best option, the game are normally not long and you earn 120 XP per win (which is more than several of the other solo gamemodes) and that while the game is normally not very difficult which makes it easy to earn wins in the majority of games you play.

I think for longterm grinds I would definetely recommend an eggwars mode, at it would offer a various gameplay and not bet boring too fast, but if you are looking forward to reaching a leaderboard, eggwars might not be the best decision, as the wins required for that are already very high (for example when I reached the eggwars mega leaderboard a few years ago, it did require 550 wins, today the last place, place 50, has a total of 2074 wins already). To grind for a leaderboard i would recommend an easier leaderboard, most likely any kind of game duels leaderboard like ctf 2v2s or lucky islands 1v1s, as the last places on them are pretty low.
If you are only looking to gain alot of XP, eggwars teams of 4 would be a good choice. Giving 250 XP per wins and being the fastest eggwars gamemode (duels excluded because it is the only eggwars mode that does not give the mentioned amout of XP) it would be the perfect decision the earn alot of XP. The highest level reached on cubecraft bedrock currently is over 400, reached by the first place on the eggwars teams of 4 leaderboard, so i guess this shows how much XP you can get there.

Well i think Bedwars and Skywars give a good amout of XP too, if you can get fast games there it would ofcourse also be worth it

Logged onto Cubecraft Java for the first time since 2021/22. I miss these days playing every day when the server would average 5-8k. Looking through my friends list seeing all my friends I would talk to every single day gives me an uneasy yet satisfying feeling.

Recently, I have encountered frequent suspected cheating in BedWars 4V4 matches. Many players show unnatural movement and combat performance. It is common to see other participants openly discuss hacks in global chat during games. I have attached screenshots showing this situation. I hope the server team can strengthen anti-cheat monitoring for BedWars modes. Thank you.
