Mods, devs, and helpers are usually online normally. Mainly found in EU 1 lobbies around prime times. Or get lucky and find a random level 4 developer in a blockwars lobby.

You guys need to understand that devs do play their games BEFORE they are put on the actual server, so their level will not increase on the main server. Same for me and the other QAs.
