Looks like Xalibur is already in another district as well. I'll just join any district, I don't care. My entire district (myself included) died in the first 24 hours last time so I'm hoping I can get some better luck this time...

Actually this might sound silly but I accidentally put the wrong username in. I added it into the simulation but I did the auto tap for the list here and had a brain fart. Sorry.

Of course. The good thing about the sim I'm using is that there are infinite spots (but no teams of three)
